Hand wash recommended using warm water and mild detergent.

Quick clean (if used for water only)
• Straw can stay attached
• Wash with warm soapy water and rinse
• Run the straw under the tap

Alternatively, fill the cup with hot soapy water. Close the lid and shake the cup. When you open it, the water will shoot out of the straw, giving it a 'pressure clean'.

Deeper clean (milk or juice)
• Remove straw from lid
• Wash all parts thoroughly

Leave the straw to soak if necessary (e.g. if the cup has been left to stand with milk in it).

Sterilising
Suitable for boiling, steam, UV or chemical sterilisation.

Dispatch Times

Regular parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels are delivered by Parcelforce.

Some products are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may use a different delivery service. Tracking will always be provided.

Remote Postcodes & Highlands

Courier deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes may incur an additional charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.
