Collection: Hippychick

Hippychick started in 1999 at Julia Minchin's kitchen table in Somerset, with a single product she'd designed herself: the Hipseat, a waist belt with a built-in perch that lets you carry a toddler without the back strain that comes with hip-carrying. It won awards, found its way into the hands of parents across the UK, and became the foundation for everything that followed.

More than twenty years on, the range has grown to cover feeding pillows, waterproofs, mattress protectors, travel potties and carrier accessories, all developed with the same starting point: a real problem that needed a better solution. Many products are Hippychick's own design, while others have been developed with parents who had the idea but needed help bringing it to life.
