Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. If a delay occurs, we may upgrade your parcel to Royal Mail 24 at no extra cost.

Shipping Method

Regular parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels are delivered by Parcelforce.

Direct-from-Supplier Items

Some products are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may use a different delivery service. Tracking will always be provided.

Remote Postcodes & Highlands

Courier deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes may incur an additional charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.

Over 99% of our parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, the UK’s lowest-emission delivery network. Many routes are delivered on foot or by electric vehicle, and Royal Mail continues to prioritise rail transport where possible.
