Refund policy

This policy sets out how we refund you and the timescale in which we will issue a refund for any items you return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We frequently run offers and promotions, if your order received a discount at the time of placing the order, we will calculate the discount that was applied to the order to determine the final refund amount to be paid to you.

Returning your entire order

If you are returning your entire order we will refund in full, including any shipping charge you may have paid at the time of placing it. (excluding express or next day delivery charges

Partially returning your order

When you return part of an order we will refund only the cost of the item you have returned. If the amount refunded means the order value falls below our free delivery threshold of £50 and you received free delivery shipping at the time of placing the original order we will deduct £3.95 in respect of our original shipping costs.

 Faulty Goods & incorrect items

Whilst we make every possible effort to ensure that we pack your items correctly and that the goods you receive are in perfect working condition, mistakes can happen. If the item you have received is not right, please get in touch straight away. We will put it right by arranging for the return of the item with you. You can let us know if you prefer a refund or would like us the replace the item. If you choose to have a refund we will refund you within 5 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@bebeco.co.uk so we can look into it for you.
