Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. If a delay occurs, we may upgrade your parcel to Royal Mail 24 at no extra cost.

Shipping Method

Regular parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels are delivered by Parcelforce.

Direct-from-Supplier Items

Some products are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may use a different delivery service. Tracking will always be provided.

Remote Postcodes & Highlands

Courier deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes may incur an additional charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.

Returns

We take great care with every order that leaves our shelves and want you to feel happy with your purchase when it arrives. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

Sometimes you might change your mind—that's okay. We offer a 90-day return window, giving you plenty of time to return an item or your entire order if needed.

Please return items in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

*Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the product(s) is defective, damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you will need to pay for the cost of return.

You should ensure you get a proof of postage receipt when you post the parcel. We won't be able to refund you if we don't receive your parcel.

For example if the hygiene seal has been broken on certain products or are bespoke and have been customised for you at your request. These items cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a manufacturer fault.  These items will be described as non returnable on the product page.
