Remove from storage tray and apply gel side down to your nipple. Before breastfeeding, remove gel pad and gently cleanse the nipple if residue remains. Do not apply with nipple cream. Keep in the fridge for extra cooling effect. Can be reused for up to 72 hours in supplied storage tray.
