Ensure gel is evenly distributed by gently massaging the full length of the pouch several times before either freezing in the freezer, or cooling in the fridge for at least 24 hours.

Gently flex the pouch to release the pad before opening then place the pad on top of your maternity pad so it has direct contact with your skin.
