𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗨𝗦𝗘

Warm the therapy packs in the microwave (up to 15 seconds) or in hot, non-boiling water before feeding or expressing. The gentle warmth can help encourage milk flow and can be used with a breast pump by wrapping the pack around the outside of the pump funnel and securing it with the fastener.

For cooling relief, place the packs in the freezer for a few hours, then insert them into the soft covers provided. Cold therapy can help soothe discomfort associated with engorgement, mastitis and plugged ducts. The flexible design remains comfortable to use, even when chilled.

Apply for up to 20 minutes at a time. Packs can be cleaned using mild soap, detergent or alcohol after use.

For external use only. Always check the temperature before use. Do not apply for prolonged periods, use on infants, apply to stitches or open wounds, or use if you have poor circulation. Courier deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes may incur an additional charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.
