When fitting the Hipseat, it should feel snug and secure, and the belt should be properly fastened before placing the child on the seat. We also recommend wearing the baby carrier around your waist, as opposed to on your hip.

When seating your child on the Hipseat, make sure their legs are positioned on either side of the seat, with their bottom resting comfortably on the seat.

Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. If a delay occurs, we may upgrade your parcel to Royal Mail 24 at no extra cost.

Shipping Method

Regular parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels are delivered by Parcelforce.

Direct-from-Supplier Items

Some products are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may use a different delivery service. Tracking will always be provided.

Remote Postcodes & Highlands

Courier deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes may incur an additional charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.

Sometimes you might change your mind—that's okay. We offer a 90-day return window, giving you plenty of time to return an item or your entire order if needed.

Please return items in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
