The Fraupow Hands-Free Breast Pump allows busy mums to pump milk whilst getting on with all the other stuff they need to do. It is lightweight, wire-free and fits inside your bra, and was created to support Mums.

Convenient and Comfortable

The Fraupow pump sits inside your bra and runs on rechargeable battery, so that you can pump discreetly and comfortably whilst relaxing, looking after your baby, working, or whatever else you need to get on with. Pumping should be part of your day, not get in the way of your day.

Every boob and every baby is different. Breastfeeding is a very personal experience, so the pump has 12 different intensity levels so that you can adjust it to suit your flow.

Made from lightweight, durable, and BPA-free silicone materials, its ergonomic silhouette fits the shape of you and your schedule.

Powerful and Efficient 

The pump uses advanced air-pressure pulse technology that expresses milk but avoids irritation and discomfort allowing you an efficient and comfortable pump every time. The USB rechargeable battery ensures up to 100 minutes pumping after a full charge. It's cordless and ridiculously portable.

The anti-spill and anti-leak design of the Fraupow pump means you can move around while pumping and still catch all that good nutritious milk. Breast milk is precious, don't waste a drop!

Your order will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48 if the parcel weight is under 5kg and within size limits.
We will ship your order through one of our courier delivery partners (DPD or Parcelforce) for parcels weighing over 5kg and/or large parcel dimensions.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders are shipped 1 to 3 working days of you placing it and parcels are delivered within 2 to 5 working days
You can also choose express delivery (£5.95) at checkout for a faster delivery. Your parcel will arrive within 2/3 working days of placing your order. 
We currently do not offer next day delivery but please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is an urgent need and we'll see if we can help.
When we send your order we will also send you a shipping confirmation email. This will let you know which method we have used to ship your parcel, and also provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of delivery through the delivery system.
Product specific shipping timescales
Some of our products will not be shipped from our own warehouse. They will come to you from the supplier's warehouse or direct from the manufacturer.
These are also shipped with the above timescales of 1-3 working days to ship and  2-5 working days for delivery. 
General guidance about parcel deliveries
Orders shipped by Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. (2 day delivery service from time of dispatch). Once Royal Mail have received your parcel, they will send you a text/email notification to let you know your parcel is on its way.
Orders shipped by Courier: Our courier delivery partners are DPD and Parcelforce. Once your order has shipped you will receive a text/email from them to confirm day of delivery. Both courier networks provide a 1hr delivery timeslot on the day of delivery.
If you miss a delivery both Royal Mail and our courier will provide you with a way to reschedule a new delivery date or collect your parcel from the local depot.
Order Processing
To check the status of your order at any time, you can log into your account to view progress. You will need the email address and password you used when your account was originally created. 
If you placed an order without setting up an account, please email us at and we will provide an update for you.
Once your order has shipped you will be able to track progress of your delivery  using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.  You can also contact us at and we will email your tracking number to you.

The majority of our parcels are sent by Royal Mail, over 99% in fact. We have chosen Royal Mail as our preferred delivery partner as we believe it is the greenest way currently to get your order to you. Why is this?...
Royal Mail posties deliver on-foot
This makes them the UK's greenest delivery company for parcels, keeping average emissions per parcel down at 205C02e. That's roughly half the average of other delivery companies.
The largest electric fleet
They have the largest electric fleet of vans of any UK parcel operator and are committed to even more. They've also made the commitment to reduce use of domestic air freight and using rail instead to get parcels round the country.
Direct from supplier
We may sometimes ask our suppliers to ship your order directly from their warehouse. They will have their own delivery methods and of course you will receive tracking information when this happens. So instead of a double trip from them to us and then to you, we've saved a journey - helping to minimise the carbon footprint.


Each and every one of our customers matter to us. We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and make every effort to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. 
Of course, we know that sometimes you might want to change your mind and return an item or your entire order for a refund. Whatever the reason, if you'd like to send something back we provide a 30 day returns window (which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return)
All we ask is that the items are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Step 2: We will reply back with a returns authorisation reference and a returns form attached.
If you do not have a printer, then please provide the information requested on the form on a piece of paper and include it with your return parcel.

 What else you need to know
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Unless the product(s) is defective, damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you will need to pay for the cost of return.
You should ensure you get a proof of postage receipt when you post the parcel. We won't be able to refund you if we don't receive your parcel.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Some items are not eligible and are excluded from our returns policy.

For example if the hygiene seal has been broken on certain products or are bespoke and have been customised for you at your request. These items cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a manufacturer fault.  These items will be described as non returnable on the product page.
