In order to prolong the life of your FLATOUT bear rug , spot clean any significant marks & only wash if it is really dirty, following the washing instructions that will come with your rug.

Sheepskin can be affected by washing & the texture of the wool can change. Please take this into consideration before washing.

Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. If a delay occurs, we may upgrade your parcel to Royal Mail 24 at no extra cost.

Shipping Method

Regular parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels are delivered by Parcelforce.

Direct-from-Supplier Items

Some products are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may use a different delivery service. Tracking will always be provided.

Remote Postcodes & Highlands

Courier deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes may incur an additional charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.

Please return items in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

*Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
