Age ranges are approximate. For the best fit, measure from heel to toe and use the foot length as your guide. The extra room in each size allows for little feet to move comfortably and for the natural depth of the sheepskin. If between sizes, we’d suggest going up a size.

Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. If a delay occurs, we may upgrade your parcel to Royal Mail 24 at no extra cost.

Regular parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels are delivered by Parcelforce.

Some products are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may use a different delivery service. Tracking will always be provided.

Remote Postcodes & Highlands

Courier deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes may incur an additional charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.
