ClevaMama’s award winning ClevaFoam® Baby pod gives your little one a safe and relaxing environment while allowing you to stay close to your baby. The luxuriously soft pod can be used for supervised resting, tummy-time, nappy-changing, playing and lots and lots of cuddles.

The ClevaFoam® pod is lightweight and portable, making it very easy to carry around the house, for overnight stays or for those well-deserved breaks away.

The pod's inner mattress is made using advanced ClevaFoam® technology, scientifically proven to support and protect your baby's rapidly growing little body, developing joints and the round shape of your baby’s soft head to help prevent Flat Head Syndrome. 

With its open cell structure is 100% breathable, has significantly reduced heat retention and is remarkably lightweight. For your baby’s comfort and safety, it is hypoallergenic, pH balanced, toxin and formaldehyde free, making it suitable for babies with asthma and allergies.

- Cover: Removable and washable cover
- Mattress: The mattress pad itself may be washed occasionally and gently by hand using a mild detergent. Gently squeeze excess water from the mattress and allow to dry flat.

USE:
Safety is a shared responsibility. Although this product has been manufactured according to all safety standards and requirements, we need your help in order to keep your child safe and failure to follow these instructions for use may cause serious injury or damage to your child.

To prevent serious injury or death:
ï Pay special attention to warnings for safety, in order to prevent possible injury to your child.
ï Not intended for carrying baby.
ï Ensure your baby has plenty of supervised tummy time when baby is awake and alert.
ï The ClevaFoam Baby Pod must always be used in a safe and supervised environment.
ï Your baby's feet should be positioned at the foot of the Pod if blankets are being used, to ensure your baby cannot wiggle down under the covers.
ï Ensure that your ClevaFoam Baby Pod is fully supported on a stable surface. NEVER place this product on countertops, tables on or near steps or on other elevated surfaces.
ï Do not keep stuffed toys, inside the ClevaFoam Baby Pod.
ï Blankets and quilts must always be secured by safely tucking them in under the Pod.
ï To avoid possible entanglement or strangulation, do not add additional strings or straps to the product.
ï Check the product regularly for damaged seams and similar. Damages must be fixed immediately.

FALL HAZARD:
A child's movement can slide this product. NEVER place this product on countertops, tables on or near steps or on other elevated surfaces.

IMPORTANT
ï All foam products are packed for safety and transportation and require time when unpacked to return to original shape and size.
ï Please remove the product from all packaging and allow to air for a period of 48 hours before use.
ï Optimum room temperature for best performance should be 18?C.

We will ship your order through one of our courier delivery partners (DPD or Parcelforce) for parcels weighing over 5kg and/or large parcel dimensions.

Orders are shipped 1 to 3 working days of you placing it and parcels are delivered within 2 to 5 working days

You can also choose express delivery (£5.95) at checkout for a faster delivery. Your parcel will arrive within 2/3 working days of placing your order.

We currently do not offer next day delivery but please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is an urgent need and we'll see if we can help.

When we send your order we will also send you a shipping confirmation email. This will let you know which method we have used to ship your parcel, and also provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of delivery through the delivery system.

Product specific shipping timescales

Some of our products will not be shipped from our own warehouse. They will come to you from the supplier's warehouse or direct from the manufacturer.

These are also shipped with the above timescales of 1-3 working days to ship and  2-5 working days for delivery.

General guidance about parcel deliveries

Orders shipped by Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. (2 day delivery service from time of dispatch). Once Royal Mail have received your parcel, they will send you a text/email notification to let you know your parcel is on its way.

Orders shipped by Courier: Our courier delivery partners are DPD and Parcelforce. Once your order has shipped you will receive a text/email from them to confirm day of delivery. Both courier networks provide a 1hr delivery timeslot on the day of delivery.

If you miss a delivery both Royal Mail and our courier will provide you with a way to reschedule a new delivery date or collect your parcel from the local depot.

To check the status of your order at any time, you can log into your account to view progress. You will need the email address and password you used when your account was originally created.

Returns

Each and every one of our customers matter to us. We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and make every effort to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Of course, we know that sometimes you might want to change your mind and return an item or your entire order for a refund. Whatever the reason, if you'd like to send something back we provide a 30 day returns window (which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the product(s) is defective, damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you will need to pay for the cost of return.

For example if the hygiene seal has been broken on certain products or are bespoke and have been customised for you at your request. These items cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a manufacturer fault.  These items will be described as non returnable on the product page.
