We provide services to you through our web site and those services are provided to you on the basis of these terms and conditions. Please note that they may vary from time to time without notice to you. By using this website, owned and operated by Bebeco, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you may not use or access the website. By placing an order with Bebeco you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion. English law will govern our agreement and English Courts will resolve any disputes non-exclusively.

4. PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed via our website; this service is open 24-hours a day 7 days a week.
Ordering is easy. Simply select the items you require and place in the shopping basket. You can view your shopping basket at any time by selecting the 'view cart' link. Once you have selected all your items shopping go to the 'checkout'. You will be asked for a number of personal details, which we require to verify your order. You will then be contacted by email with details of your order. You can also place orders over the phone by calling us on 01225 819 199. Our customer order line is open between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
When you have placed an order and email will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your order details. This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted. An order will be deemed as accepted only when your order is dispatched. Non acceptance of your order may occur for the following reasons:
7. BACK ORDERS
Items shown on our website are available for immediate dispatch to you. However we are unable to monitor intra-daily stock levels and your item may have been purchased by another customer just prior to your order and before the automated stock control system has had the chance to update stock levels, in this instance a stock shortage may occur, although this is rare. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you at your request. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
8. FAILED DELIVERIES
It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to take delivery of your parcel at the shipping address advised to us at the time of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the parcel has left us for security and anti fraud purposes.If you refuse the parcel when our courier company attempts to hand the parcel to you; or you do not make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered or collected from depot if a card is left and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will deduct a flat rate of £14.95 from any refund due, in respect of additional costs incurred by Bebeco. Items over 30kg will be charged at £29.95
9. LOST/DELAYED PARCELS
Next working day: Orders placed before 12.00 will be dispatched on a next working day delivery service via our courier, Interlink. (this will be Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays). This is a 24hr service however interlink do not guarantee this service and we are therefore unable to guarantee this service. We find that almost all the time that Interlink deliver the next working day. However occasionally this may not be possible and Interlink may not be able to deliver within this timescale. Since these delays are outside of our control and we have completed our responsibility to ship your order on a next day service we cannot be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred by late delivery. Refunds will not be made for the next day charge applied to your order in these circumstances.
General: All parcels sent out by courier will have tracking numbers. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 days of us sending you your dispatch notice, please contact us immediately so we can trace your items. Items that are lost on route will be investigated by us submitting a claim to Interlink, . If your parcel does not arrive we will refund or resend the parcel only after they have completed their investigations. This may include the delivering officer revisiting you at the delivery address to confirm delivery if a denial of receipt claim is made. This is to protect Bebeco from fraudulent claims of non receipt and to ensure all claims are valid.
Royal Mail parcels can only be investigated after 10 working days have passed. You must always check with your local delivery office first before contacting us about a parcel that has not been received. Full investigations must be completed by Royal Mail before Bebeco re-sends replacement items. This may take a number of weeks but all issues will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We reserve the right to return your parcel to you if the goods have not been sent back to us in their original re-saleable condition. Items that are not returned in resalable condition as described above will not be refunded and the goods returned to you at postage cost. All returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form which can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and posted to the address shown on the returns form. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are returned without this form.
Our Returns Address is: Bebeco Returns Department, 95 Freestone Way, Corsham, Wiltshire, SN13 9EE. Refunds can only be made to the original card with which payment was made. We cannot refund postage costs if the item is not faulty. It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending back goods.
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and make every effort to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We offer a 'no quibble' returns policy and will be happy to make a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase and ask only that the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and in re-saleable condition.
Certain Items cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a manufacturer fault. These are: Made to order Items such as mattresses, as these are commissioned especially for you.
If you cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods we will refund the cost of the item. If you selected the Next Day (£7.95) or Priority (£4.95) delivery service then this charge cannot be refunded as it is an enhanced service option selected by you at the time of order placement. International charges are not refundable. Costs incurred by you in sending the item will not be reimbursed unless the goods are faulty. If you are returning an item that was part of a larger order we will refund only the cost of the item. Gift wrap services cannot be refunded.
Returning Items under the 30 day 'no quibble' return period: If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item after the 14 day cooling off period but within the 30 days, we deduct the cost of our original shipping to you. If you selected the free delivery option then delivery is included in the price of the item and this will be deducted at cost during our refund process. Delivery costs incurred by us are by weight according to the prevailing Royal Mail postage costs for Royal Mail parcels or £7.95 for courier parcels.
If a free gift was sent as part of your order for promotional purposes, this too must be returned in its original condition in order for us to process your refund. If the free gift is not returned, we will deduct the cost of the free gift at full retail price from the refund due.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Distance selling regulations apply to orders made over the Internet. You can view details of these regulations by going to www.dti.gov.uk. Under the regulations you have the right to cancel any order within14 working days of receiving the order. It is however your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them. If you wish to cancel your order you must write to us within 14 days of receiving your order to advise us of this.
If your product is faulty on receipt or develops a fault within the 30 day return period we will offer either a refund or exchange. Faults that occur after this and within a reasonable period will either be sent for repair or replaced in line with the manufacturers guidelines and warranty agreements.
11. PRICING POLICY
Bebeco tries to ensure that all prices and descriptions shown on the website are correct, nevertheless errors may still occur. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions on the website. If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then be given the opportunity of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will consider the order cancelled and void any payment authorisation that has taken place or provide a full refund if payment has already been taken. If the error is in the product description we will notify you as soon as possible. You can then choose to continue with your order or cancel it. All published prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our products and so specifications or designs changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in colour, should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.
13. PAYMENT POLICY
Credit Cards. All payments must be made in UK Sterling (GBP) and must be made at the time of placing the order by credit or debit card. Goods will be dispatched only after funds have cleared.
14. CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS
Our payment transactions are conducted in UK Sterling (GBP). We are unable to offer any alternative currency payment options.
15. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product is out of stock we will identity it as such on the website. Whilst every attempt is made to keep this information up to date and accurate, some products may sell out before we are able to update stock levels. If this occurs we will contact you immediately with an option to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response to our email we will continue to process your order and ship out the items once stocks are available again. All products are subject to availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value to the one it replaces. We will only substitute a product with your prior consent.
We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality. Card payments are made using HSBC secure e-payments using a 128kbit secure connection. You may also choose to use other payment methods provided - PayPal.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential. We never disclose any information about you to third parties. From time to time we may send you details of promotions or new ranges by post or email. Please let us know by email if you do not wish to receive such information.

19. WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Bebeco is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
