'No quibble' 30 Day Returns Policy
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and make every effort to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We offer a 'no quibble' returns policy and will be happy to make a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase and ask only that the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and in re-saleable condition.
We reserve the right to return your parcel to you if the goods have not been sent back to us in their original re-saleable condition. Items that are not returned in their original condition as described above will not be refunded and the goods returned to you at postage cost.
All returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form and returns authorisation number which can be obtained by emailing email@example.com. Returns should be posted to the address shown on the returns form. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are returned without this form.

Refunds can only be made to the original card with which payment was made.
We cannot refund postage costs if the item is not faulty. It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending back goods.
Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a manufacturer fault. These are: made to order items such as mattresses, as these are commissioned especially for you.
If you cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods we will refund in full, excepting: If you selected the Next Day Delivery service or express service then this charge cannot be refunded as it is an enhanced service option selected by you at the time of order placement. International postage cannot be refunded as again this is an enhanced shipping service selected by you at the time of the order.
Costs incurred by you in sending the item will not be reimbursed unless the goods are faulty.
If you are returning an item that was part of a larger order we will refund only the cost of the item. If you used a discount code at the time of placing your order, this will be calculated against the cost of the item and refunded accordingly.
Gift wrapping services cannot be refunded.
Returning items under the 30 day 'no quibble' return period (but after 14 days)
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item after the 14 day cooling off period but within the 30 days, we will not refund the cost of postage incurred by you when placing the order.
If you selected the free delivery option then delivery is included in the price of the item and this will be deducted during our refund process. Delivery costs incurred by us:
Royal Mail, standard class (by weight),
£7.95 UK Mainland Courier parcels
£15 for Highland, Islands and NI
£19.00 for International Europe Zone 1
£29.95 for Europe Zone 2/3/4
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Distance selling regulations apply to orders made over the Internet. You can view details of these regulations by going to www.dti.gov.uk.
Under the regulations you have the right to cancel any order within 14 working days of receiving the order.
It is however your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them. If you wish to cancel your order you must write to us within 14 days of receiving your order to advise us of this.
