Pack contains 1 x Lansinoh 2 in 1 Electric Breastpump. This breastpump is a two phase system with 6 suction settings. It has a range from 55-140mmHG in the stimulation mode and 80-220mmHG in 1 second in the expression mode.
The first phase (let-down with 87-125 pump cycles per minute) will provide rapid suction to initiate milk flow. The second phase (Expression with 37-95 pump cycles per minute) produces milk at a slower, deeper suction to maximise milk flow. Phase 2 offers a choice of three pumping rhythms, designed to simulate natural feeding patterns. The suction level can easily be adjusted for you own comfort. It can be used as either a single or double breastpump depending on your own personal needs. The Lansinoh 2 in 1 Electric Breastpump comes with integrated ComfortFit breastshields for a soft and secure fit.
Made from polypropolene plastic which is BPA and BPS free.
Power: mains or battery operated.
The pump can work with either the AC Adaptor (included) or with 6 AA batteries (not included). The pump will run for approximately 2 hours with 6 AA alkaline batteries. We recommend using alkaline batteries instead of rechargeable batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries; replace as a simultaneous set. If batteries are in the pump while the AC adaptor is in use, the AC adaptor will power the pump. For the most economical use, we recommend using the pump with the AC adaptor whenever possible.

Note: Tubing and Tubing Y connector, White Pump Connector and motor should not be washed or sterilised. The tubing does not need to be washed because the milk does not come into contact with the tubing.  If you do accidentally wash the tubing, disconnect the tubing from the diaphragm cap, leaving it connected to the motor only and run the pump for a few minutes to see if the air from the base eliminates any condensation that may be inside. If you notice any remaining condensation or anything that may be mould, discard the tubing and purchase another set.
All parts can be steam sterilised in a microwave bag according to the manufacturers directions (except Tubing and Tubing Y connector, White Pump Connector, motor and breast cushions).
All parts are dishwasher safe  (except the Tubing, Y connector, White Pump Connector and motor). However, we recommend gently hand washing the white valves as they are delicate and will prevent the pump from working if damaged or torn.
Use the appropriate amount of water according to the directions on your steam steriliser so the parts do not get overheated and/or melt. Note that all pump parts must be completely dry prior to use or performance may be affected.
Pump & feeding tips
Whilst the 2 in 1 can be used as a single breast pump, double pumping compared to single pumping will reduce the time you spend expressing your milk. Breastmilk is produced on a supply and demand basis and by expressing your breastmilk regularly, your body will be stimulated and you will be able to maintain your milk supply. Just like with breastfeeding , it is not necessary to time your pumping sessions though you will get a better sense of the time it takes for your body to express your milk using a breast pump.
You can pump one breast while nursing the baby on the other. This allows you to maximize pumping effectiveness, using the let-down reflex stimulated by your baby’s sucking
You can pump into any standard sized screw-top bottle or container
We recommend that you always test the temperature of any liquid before feeding your baby
Do not let a child take a bottle to bed or self feed without supervision

To prevent possible choking hazard, test strength of the nipple by pulling on the bulb portion. Discontinue use if any tear or crack appears
The Lansinoh 2 in 1 is a personal care item and should never be shared with other mothers or sold on.
