If your order exceeds 5kg or larger than can be accepted by Royal Mail then your order can only be shipped via courier. Due to the additional shipping charges levied all couriers to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Remote postcodes and islands, Northern Ireland and Offshore, we may need to contact you for additional shipping charges.

For large parcels and  orders exceeding 5kg, standard postage for the above postcodes will be £19.95. Volumetric weight restrictions apply. Max 30kg. If your parcel is large or weighs over 30kg, there may be additional shipping costs.

Orders shipped by Royal Mail
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. (2 day delivery service from time of dispatch) This is not a guaranteed timescale and you should allow up to 5 working days.

Shipping by Courier
Our courier partners are DPD and Parcelforce. Once your order has shipped you will receive a separate notification from them to confirm day of delivery. Both courier networks provide a 1hr delivery timeslot on the day of delivery.

Dispatch Timescales
Orders are almost always dispatched within 1-3 working days and normally delivered within 3-5 working days.

We're pleased to say that 97% of parcels are received by our customers within 3-5 working days. During very busy periods we will dispatch within 3-5 days, therefore please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your order.

Timescales are quoted providing items are in stock.  The majority of products shown on our website are available for immediate dispatch to you. However we offer a very wide selection of products and product variations. This may mean we have a temporary stock shortage. Replenishment stock comes into our warehouse every day and we are able to normally send your order within the shipping timescales given.

Should your item be out of stock and we expect replenishment stock shortly we will ship as soon as the items are booked into warehouse. Should the timescale mean your order is likely to be delayed by more than the quoted delivery timescales, we will let you know and provide a  revised delivery timescale, you can then choose whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel.

What to do if your parcel does not arrive

Parcels sent by Royal Mail
Please remember that Royal Mail will not investigate missing parcels until 15 workings days have gone by. You should always contact your local delivery first to check your parcel is not awaiting collection. However you should let us know after 5 working days of receiving a shipping confirmation so we can check the tracking log with Royal Mail for you.

Lost/Delayed Parcels For parcels sent by courier
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days of us sending you your dispatch notice, please contact us immediately so we can trace your items.

Failed Deliveries by Courier
If you refuse the parcel when our courier company attempts to hand the parcel to you; or you do not make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered if a card is left and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will deduct a flat rate of £19.95 from any refund due, in respect of additional costs incurred by Bebeco.

Should you wish to have the parcel redelivered after it has been returned to us a re delivery charge of £9.95 (Mainland UK parcels), £19.95 (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, NI & Offshore) will be made and the goods dispatched only after we have received this payment from you.

Next Working Day /Express Delivery Orders
