To track the status of your order please log into your account using the account log in section (top of page). You will need the email address and password you used when your account was originally created.
If your order has been despatched via our courier service you will receive a notification giving the tracking information and date of delivery once your parcel has been scanned in by the Local Interlink Depot. An email will be sent by Interlink providing the consignment number and day of delivery. If this date is not convenient you can amend it by replying to the email you receive from Interlink. On the day of delivery you will receive an Interlink email providing an estimated 1hr delivery timeslot - so you don't have to wait in all day. This is a signed for service, so please ensure someone is available to take delivery of your parcel.
