We provide services to you through our web site and those services are provided to you on the basis of these terms and conditions. Please note that they may vary from time to time without notice to you.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed via our website, this service is open 24-hours a day 7 days a week.
Ordering is easy. Simply select the items you require and place in the shopping basket. You can view your shopping basket at any time by selecting the 'view cart' link. Once you have selected all your items shopping go to the 'checkout'. You will be asked for a number of personal details, which we require to verify your order. You will then be contacted by email with details of your order.
You can also place orders over the phone by calling us on 0845 057 9383 . Our customer order line is open between 9am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday

PRICING POLICY
All published prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. We are unable to provide VAT reclaiming facilities to our overseas customers.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENT POLICY
Credit Cards
All payments must be made in UK Sterling (GBP) and must be made at the time of placing the order by credit or debit card.
Cheques
Cheques can only be accepted in UK sterling. If you are paying by cheque you should print off your invoice and send it to us along with your payment. Cheques should be made payable to 'Bebeco' and posted to -

CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS
Our payment transactions are conducted in UK Sterling (GBP). We are unable to offer any alternative currency payment options.
SECURITY
We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality.
Card payments are made using HSBC secure e-payments using a 128kbit secure connection.
POSTAGE (United Kingdom Addresses only)
FREE UK DELIVERY
Delivery to Mainland UK addresses is free if the order is over £15. (excluding VAT where applicable and some furniture items.) and the free delivery option is selected by you during checkout. Where some furniture items are subject to surcharge shipping, this will be marked clearly on the product web page.

Mainland UK - 1st Class recorded £4.95
Mainland Courier Next Day - £6.95 - You must place your order before 12pm. If the order is placed after this time it will be be dispatched the next working day. Excludes Scottish Highlands.
Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Northern Ireland. - £5.95 for weights up to 2kg. We will contact you if your order is heavier then this with an alternative postage cost.
LOST/DELAYED PARCELS
In order to be able to provide our customers with free delivery and low cost delivery options, we send some parcels via 1st or 2nd class standard Royal Mail . If you select this as your delivery method we will not be able to track your parcel. Recorded mail cannot be tracked until it has been signed for by you. Although we will have a recorded reference number for it which you can obtain from us if you need to contact your local delivery office.
In line with Royal Mail published guidelines, you must allow 15 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us if you have not received your parcel after we have sent you a dispatch notice. You should always check with your local delivery office to ensure they are not holding your parcel before contacting us. Items that are lost in the post will be investigated by us submitting a claim to Royal Mail. If you parcel does not arrive we will refund or resend the parcel only after Royal Mail have completed their investigations.
Items that are sent via courier will have tracking numbers. If your parcel has not arrived within 3 days of us sending you your dispatch notice, please contact us immediately so we can trace your items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch goods to you within 1 - 3 working days.
The majority of orders are despatched either same day if placed before 12 noon or the next working day.
At times we may be waiting for stock to arrive, and your order may take up to a maximum of 10 working days to despatch. We will email you with the option to cancel if this is likely to be longer. If your order is urgent please contact us for a despatch timescale for the items you have requested.
Depending on the size/weight/value of your order and chosen delivery method, it will either be despatched by courier on a 24 or 48 hr service, Recorded Delivery, 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail post. If you have selected a trackable method of delivery and wish to track the progress of your order, please contact us by email myorder@bebeco.co.uk or call us on 0845 057 9383.
On the rare occasion due to circumstances outside of our control we may not be able to send out your order within this timeframe therefore please allow up to 21 days for delivery. You will be notified if this is the case.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If you refuse the parcel when either our courier company or Royal Mail attempt to hand the parcel to you; or you do not make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered if a card is left and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will deduct a flat rate of £4.95 (if the parcel was sent to you via Royal Mail) and £7.95 (if the parcel was sent to you via courier) from any refund due, in respect of costs incurred by us when dispatching your order. This is regardless of whether you paid postage or not on your initial order. Should you wish to have the parcel redelivered after it has been returned to us a re delivery charge of £4.95 will be made and the goods dispatched only after we have received this payment from you.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will treat all your personal information as confidential. We never disclose any information about you to third parties.
From time to time we may send you details of promotions or new ranges by post or email. Please let us know by email if you do not wish to receive such information.

If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to use most ecommerce websites on the internet as they use cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart.
Our shopping cart does not use cookies. If you do not have cookies enabled you can still shop online at our site as the server will automatically change the way the shopping cart works.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and make every effort to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We offer a 'no quibble' returns policy and will be happy to make a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase and ask only that the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and in resaleable condition. We cannot refund postage costs if the item is not faulty. It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt.
All returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form which can be obtained by emailing returns@bebeco.co.uk and posted to the address shown on the returns form. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are returned without this form.

Refunds can only be made to the original card with which payment was made.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Distance selling regulations apply to orders made over the internet. You can view details of these regulations by going to www.dti.gov.uk. Under the regulations you have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days of receiving the order. It is however your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them.
DESCRIPTIONS
To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our products and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in colour, should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.
GENERAL
We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion. English law will govern our agreement and English Courts will resolve any disputes non-exclusively.
