We are happy to take your order over the telephone.  Please call us on 0845 057 9383. Our Order Line is open 10am to 4pm. Monday - Friday. Our 0845 is a lo call number from landlines. You may prefer to call on 01249 714 441 if this is cheaper for you from a mobile.

We do not employ a call centre to handle our orders. Our phone system will  route the call to one of our advisors either to the Bebeco office or one of our *satellite advisors.  Bebeco advisors are all mums  and have been fully trained to deal with your enquiries and assist you however necessary. Our phone network is set up in such a way that your calls may be answered as quickly as possible.

During exceptionally busy times our telephone lines may switch over to Answering Machine. If this is the case please leave your details and we will call you back the same day. We also make return calls in the evening up to 8pm at the latest. If this is not convenient please let us know when leaving your message.

* Our satellite advisors are specially trained mums who work from home. They have full access to the Bebeco systems and are essentially employed by Bebeco to deal with phone orders at particularily busy times. Don't be too surprised if you hear children in the background when this happens.

Next day delivery service or express delivery cannot be requested when payment is taken over the phone. This is because we have additional authorisation levels when checking your card details against our security measures. Orders over certain amounts may take longer to process if the billing address and delivery address differ.
