Stokke® Sleepi™ Replacement Mattress Mini

Description

Designed for use with the Stokke® Sleepi™ Mini, the oval shape polyurethane foam mattress is comfortable and pressure resistant. It can be kept as a spare or if you have been given a second hand Sleepi™ then it is always recommended that you use a new mattress.

Your baby can breathe easy with the waved base and netted cover. The cover is 100% quilted cotton to increase ventilation and eradicate moisture for a healthy sleeping environment.

The dimensions are a precise fit for the Stokke® Sleepi™ Mini and meets all safety guidelines.

Cleaning and maintenance

Mattress cover: Washable at 60°C. Stretch while wet. Do not use tumble drier.

Foam: Can be heat treated in 60°C and washed/flushed in hot water. After a pee accident, the mattress should always be washed; pee is excellent growth media for fungi

Mattress Size

 573 mm wide by 733 mm long and 80 mm in thickness

The width and length are specified because it is important that the gaps between the mattress and the sides and ends of the cot will not exceed 30 mm. This is to minimize the risk of a child’s limb becoming caught in the gap. The thickness of the mattress has been specified to ensure that the depth of the cot is greater than 500 mm with the mattress base in the lower position to minimize the risk of a child climbing or falling out of the cot.

Compressed mattresses regain their original shape after 72-96 hours

Polyurethane-foam has a distinctive odour which may linger a few days after unpacking. The odour will disappear. Airing and vacuuming the mattress will help to eliminate the odour. The foam reacts to he ultraviolet light from the sun and the oxygen from the air and will turn yellow with time.
