Returns

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and make every effort to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We offer a 'no quibble' returns policy and will be happy to make a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase and ask only that the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and in re-saleable condition.

We reserve the right to return your parcel to you if the goods have not been sent back to us in their original re-saleable condition. Items that are not returned in resalable condition as described above will not be refunded and the goods returned to you at postage cost.

All returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form which can be obtained by emailing returns@bebeco.co.uk and posted to the address shown on the returns form. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are returned without this form.

Refunds can only be made to the original card with which payment was made.

We cannot refund postage costs if the item is not faulty. It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending back goods..

Certain Items cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a manufacturer fault. These are:

Adult swimwear  or underwear, including Bras, thongs and briefs for hygiene reasons and Made to order Items such as mattresses, as these are commissioned especially for you
