Price Match Promise

We monitor prices across the internet on a regular basis but accept that we cannot always catch them quickly enough.  Our price match promise guarantees that if you find a product cheaper anywhere else we will match it AND send you a 5%* discount voucher to spend online on your next order. You should allow 24hrs for us to validate and respond to your price match.

To qualify for our Price Match Promise you must email the link to the website with lower price to us at pricematch@bebeco.co.uk before placing your order. Please also check the following qualifying criterion before requesting a price match. Your price match request  must meet the following conditions:

• A link to the website is provided in your email to us
• The product is in stock (with us and at the retailer you tell us about)
• The product is available for immediate dispatch
• The price is cheaper even when the retailer has added delivery costs.
• It must be a branded product.
• The product must be like for like (specification, colour etc)
• The product must be being sold as new
• The product must not be in a sale.
• You are requesting a price match prior to placing your order with us.

Exclusions:

We will be unable to match a price where the product is being sold via a private sellter or on an auction site.  In addition if the online retailer has gone into administration or is not/no longer an authorised stockist of the product.

The price match promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or voucher on the Bebeco website at the same time.

We reserve the right to decline a price match at our sole discretion.

*The 5% discount voucher code sent to you as our thank you for buying from us is not valid for Biodegradable nappies, sale or discontinued stock.  These items however are not excluded from our Price Match Promise.
