Imse Vimse Silk and Wool Breast Pads

Breast pads warm and protect your breasts, absorb leaking milk and at the same time keep your breasts dry and warm and allow your skin to breathe. By keeping your breasts warm they help to prevent blocked milk ducts.

Nursing pads made of wool/silk are particularly comfortable if you have extra sensitive breasts, are sensitive to wool, or if your nipples easily become tender and chafed. The soft, silk fabric feels extra smooth against your skin.
The pads are made of one layer of merino wool and one layer of silk tricot. This makes them soft and pliable for a perfect fit inside a nursing bra.

The nursing pads are available in three sizes, round and drop-shaped. The drop-shaped pads cover and warm the milk glands and extend out to your armpits. They are ideal for use at night-time.

Washing instructions: Wash the breast pads in a machine programmed for wool at 30°C or by hand using Imse Vimse's wool shampoo.

Cotton inserts, tucked over the nipples inside the wool pads, are recommended to absorb greater amounts of milk. Place the cotton inserts inside the pads and change frequently.
