Washing instructions:  Before machine-washing, rinse the pads in cold water with some salt or Imse Vimse's special laundry soap. Machine wash at 60-90°C. Hang dry.

Tip: If you buy enough pads, you can wash them all at the same time when your period is over. 4 packets of regular pads, 2 packets of night pads and 2 packets of panty liners is probably enough for one period.

Is it hygienic?
Yes, it is. The sanitary napkins will be completely clean if you wash them at 60-90° C.

Can the napkins been seen outside the clothes?
The sanitary napkins are very thin and pliable and cannot be seen outside the clothes.

Does it smell?
Menstruation does not smell in itself. Since the cloth napkin allows air to circulate, the risk of odour is much smaller than if you use impermeable disposable sanitary napkins with an outer layer of plastic. But for all menstrual protection devices, you should change often for your own sake.

Do airy napkins of cloth help against itching?
Itchy fungus infections have been on the increase in recent years. The cause of this may be the plastic and chemical super-absorbent content of impermeable disposable sanitary napkins. With airy sanitary napkins of cloth, you prevent itching and the development of fungus infections.
