Imse Vimse Organic Cotton Nappy Wrap  is a very well made nappy cover that provides an excellent fit. 
The wrap consists of two layers, 100% organic cotton jersey on the outside for a comfortable feel. The material inside, a polyurethane laminated polyester fabric, keeps the cover leakproof and also lets air through to your baby's skin. The covers have a practical velcro fastening, effective leg cuffs and an elastic inset at the back.
