One of the joys of the Huggababy is its ease of use and lack of straps and buckles to fiddle with, but the lack of a restraining strap does mean that you have to be careful and keep an eye on the baby in the sling. Since this is not always possible, particularly if you have other young children to deal with at the same time, we have adapted a conventional baby harness so that it can be used in the Huggababy to give you that extra security. A strap is buckled over the parent’s shoulder.The baby is buckled into the Harness, then placed in the sling as usual. As the Harness is completely separate from the Huggababy, the sling can easily be used with or without the Harness as you desire.
