Over the years, we have offered free delivery on all orders despite numerous operating cost  increases in postage and packaging.  Further recent increases has meant we have now had to introduce a minimum spend on our website (£15) in order to continue offering our popular FREE SHIPPING service. 

Product specific deliveries

Some products are not available on standard delivery times. For example products that are sent direct from the manufacturer or not held in store.   If this is the case the product page will specify delivery timescales. Delivery times for these items will also be detailed in the order confirmation you receive after placing your order with us. Next working day or Express delivery will not be available for items that state specific delivery timescales.

Scottish Highlands and Remote Postcodes,  Northern Ireland & offshore

If your order exceeds 1kg or £39.95 your parcel can only be shipped via interlink courier.   Due to the additional shipping charges levied by Interlink to the Scottish Highlands, remote postcodes, Northern Ireland and offshore, we may need to contact you for additional shipping charges. For orders exceeding 1kg or £39.95, standard postage for the above postcodes will be £12.95. Volumetric Weight Restrictions Apply. Max 30kg. If your parcel is large or weighs over 30kg, there may be additional shipping costs.Please see next section for areas classified as remote scottish destinations.

International Shipping REST OF WORLD:

If you would like to place an order for International shipping outside of the destinations listed above, please contact us first for a shipping quote. Alternatively you may place your order online and we will contact you with total cost of shipping which can be settled separately (select Rest of world shipping as your delivery method at checkout and then pay by telephone so no payment needs to be made at this stage). We will then contact you with a shipping quote and should you wish to proceed provide a link to payment so you can settle the cost of the order and cost of shipping in a single payment.   Please be aware that depending on weight, value and size of consignment, your parcel may have to go by courier and this can be substantional in comparison to the value of your order. Once you receive a quote for shipping from us you can choose to either proceed or cancel the order. 

Mainland UK deliveries

Shipping by Royal Mail: Free delivery orders under £39.95 and under 1kg will be shipped via 2nd class Royal Mail. Orders sent via this method will take a little longer then our faster services and you should allow 5 - 7 working days for receipt of your parcel although most parcels are received within 3-5 working days.

Shipping by Courier: You will receive an email notification from our courier, Interlink, once the parcel has been scanned at their depot. On the day of delivery Interlink will send you another email giving you a 1hr delivery timeslot.

We are very proud of this service and we hope that our customers will benefit from knowing the time of delivery. If the date of delivery is unsuitable you can reply back to Interlink's email to rearrange a more convenient date.

Despatch timescales

Free delivery orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days and normally delivered within 3-5 working days. During very busy periods we will dispatch within 3-5 days therefore please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your order.  If you require your order sooner please consider our next day or express service options. Next day orders are dispatched same day providing your order has been placed prior to 12 noon, otherwise it will be dispatched the next working day for delivery to you the following day (excludes saturdays, sundays and bank holidays). Express delivery orders are prioritisd over free delivery orders and will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Timescales are quoted providing items are in stock, should your item be out of stock we will let you know and provide a revised timescale, you can then choose whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel.

Back orders

Items shown on our website are available for immediate dispatch to you. However we are unable to monitor intra-daily stock levels and your item may have been purchased by another customer just prior to your order and before the automated stock control system has had the chance to update stock levels, in this instance a stock shortage may occur, although this is rare.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you at your request. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Failed deliveries by courier

If you refuse the parcel when our courier company attempts to hand the parcel to you; or you do not make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered if a card is left and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will deduct a flat rate of £14.95 from any refund due, in respect of additional costs incurred by Bebeco. We will deduct a return surcharge of £45 for international orders. This is regardless of whether you paid postage or not on your initial order. Should you wish to have the parcel redelivered after it has been returned to us a re delivery charge of £7.95 (Mainland UK parcels), £19.95 (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, NI & Offshore) and £29.95 (for International orders) will be made and the goods dispatched only after we have received this payment from you.

Lost/delayed parcels.

For parcels sent by Courier: If your parcel has not arrived within 5 Business days of us sending you your dispatch notice, please contact us immediately so we can trace your items.

For parcels sent by Royal Mail: Please remember that Royal Mail will not investigate missing parcels until 15 workings days have gone by.  You should always check with your local delivery first to check your parcel is not awaiting collection. 

BFPO addresses and other

We are sorry but we are currently not able to ship BFPO or PO Boxes

Next working day orders

You must place your order before 12pm. If the order is placed after this time it will be dispatched the following business day. Next working day is only available to Mainland UK addresses and excludes remote Scottish postcodes. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. (Bank Holiday Mondays excepted)
