These fantastic One-Size Microfibre inserts for the Bumgenius V4 are made of 3 layers of the thickest microfiber terry available anywhere. The Bumgenius microfibre insert fist perfectly and are for use as a replacement or additional booster. Useful for use during the night or for heavy wetters. These inserts are now manufacturer rated at 15 oz. absorbency. No other microfibre insert compares.
