Price Match Promise Terms and Conditions

If you see the exact same product offerd by an online retailer, cheaper elsewhere we will refund the difference and give you a 5% discount off your next Bebeco order.

If you have seen the product you want cheaper elsewhere then email us at pricepromise@bebeco.co.uk . We will need a link to the other website. Before contacting us, please ensure the following terms and conditions have been complied with. We cannot offer you a price match refund or discount unless they do. Once we have verified the price we will contact you to confirm that the price match is valid and you can place your order with us. We will provide you with a code to enter at checkout for bringing the price in line with the cheaper one.

The company is registered in Mainland UK
The company must be shipping from Mainland UK
The company must be a VAT registered business and be able to supply a valid VAT registration number.
The product cost must include delivery to your door.
The product must be in stock at the said company at the time of purchase.
The product must not be on 'special offer', in 'clearance' , or sale.
The product must be new. Not used or returned stock.
The product must not be on an auction site
You must inform us of the price difference before you place your order. We will not enter into a price match approval if you contact us after you have placed an order, whilst an order is being processed or after an item has been despatched to you.
The discount code is limited to one product per customer and must be used within 2 working days of the date of our email.
The 5% discount is given for a subsequent order you may place with us and is valid for 60 days. You will be issued a discount code to use on your next order when your pricematched order has been processed and despatched. This code is for your own personal use and cannot be given to other persons.
